Export attendees

Download your guest list as a CSV file.

Download your guest list as a CSV file. Import it into your email, CRM, or event management tools. Perfect for follow-up emails and data analysis.

Download Your Guest List

Go to your event dashboard. Find the "Attendees" section. Click "Export as CSV." Your guest list downloads to your computer. The file opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

What's Included

Your export contains:

  • Attendee name and email
  • Ticket type and registration status
  • Date registered
  • Check-in history (timestamps and notes)
  • Amount paid and payment details
  • Add-ons purchased
  • Coupon and access codes used
  • Answers to registration questions

This gives you everything you need to follow up with attendees.

Use Your Data

Once exported, you can:

  • Import into your email marketing tool
  • Add to your CRM
  • Analyze trends in spreadsheets
  • Share with team members
  • Back up your data

The data is yours to use however you need.

Pro Plan: Enriched Data

Upgrade to Pro to unlock enriched exports with extra columns:

  • Company and company website
  • LinkedIn, X, and Instagram profiles
  • Interests, roles, functions, and industries
  • Demographics (if provided by attendees)
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address

Most of these columns fill in from the attendee's profile, which is what makes enriched exports useful for B2B events and networking.

Phone number and mailing address work differently. They fill in only when you add the matching question to your registration form and the attendee answers it. The columns are always present, so a saved spreadsheet or script keeps working, but they stay blank for anyone you did not ask.

Privacy First

Two rules decide what lands in your export.

Phone number and mailing address: you see them only if you asked. Answering your question is the permission. Someone who answers appears in your export whatever their profile privacy setting says, and someone you never asked stays blank even if their profile is public. Their profile privacy setting does not come into it either way.

Everything else: the answer first, then their profile. If you asked for a name or a company, you get what they typed. If you did not ask, we fill the column from their profile, but only when they registered themselves. When you add someone to an event yourself, the export shows only what was submitted for that registration, so typing in a colleague's email never surfaces their profile to you.

To collect a phone number or a mailing address, open your event's Tickets step, find Registration questions, and add the question there before you open registration.

Regular Exports

Export your guest list multiple times. Download it before your event, after check-ins start, and again after your event ends. Track how data changes.

Data Security

Downloaded CSV files are on your computer. Keep them secure and follow your company's data protection policies.
